Process of getting you kitchen cabinets painted
Want to know more about the process of getting your kitchen cabinets painted? The first step in the process is actually done by you before we arrive. We ask you to remove all the content from inside the cabinets and remove any appliances from your countertops.
On Day 1, we will disassemble your kitchen by removing all the hardware, doors, and drawers. Each door and drawer front will get labeled and the hardware is bagged to be sure they are reassembled properly. Next, we will Prep and prime your cabinet frames. You can expect us to be in your home for a full day. Around 8 hours. So please plan accordingly.
On the 2nd day, we mask off your kitchen to sand and spray your finishing top coat on the frames. This process takes ½ a day to a full day depending on the size of the kitchen.
In approximately 10 days we return for day 3 to install the cabinet doors and drawer fronts. And after just 2hrs your kitchen remodel will be completed.
