If you’re considering painting your kitchen cabinets and you want it to last…..you need to start by prepping them. I can not stress enough how important this step is. Over the years the grease builds up. Painting over grease just seems like a bad idea to me. Included in your kit is TSP. You want to use rubber gloves to protect your hands during this step. Follow the directions on the package and add to the mix to your spray bottle.  Using the sponge provided in the kit saturate the doors and frame. I like to go with the grain of the wood and also concentrating on the corners.  This is where grease and dirt tend to build up.
